Rental and Usage Policy for Tables, Chairs, Picnic Tables, and Park Shelters

Tables and Chairs

1.  Tables and chairs may be rented within the city and also out of the city limits on a first come basis (only “rental tables” may be used).

2.  Tables and chairs must be returned the next business day after use.

3.  Tables and chairs must be registered with the City Clerk (John) or the Public Works Department (Wayne).

4.  The rental cost for chairs is $2.00 per every ten chairs and $3.00 for each table.  Rental cost must be paid when tables and chairs are registered.  (rental monies will be used only for up keep and replacement of tables and chairs)  City of Lake Lillian residents may use the tables and chairs at no cost provided they are used under the terms set out above.

Picnic Tables

1.  Picnic tables may be rented on a first come basis.  Picnic tables are not to be taken out of the city limits and only black-framed picnic tables may be used.

2.  Picnic tables must be returned the next business day after use.

3.  Picnic tables must be registered with the City Clerk (John) or the Public Works Department (Wayne).

4.  The rental cost for picnic tables is $3.00 per table. Rental cost must be paid when picnic tables are registered. (rental monies will be used only for the up keep and replacement of tables.)  City of Lake Lillian residents may use the picnic tables at no cost provided they are used under the terms set out above.

Park Shelters

1.  Reservations for the park shelters must be made with the City Clerk (John) or the Public Works Department (Wayne).

2.  Person reserving the park shelter needs to post a sign in the shelter stating name, date and time of the reservation.

3.  There is no charge for the use of the park shelters.
